- Subscribers can only pause or cancel their floral subscription if the initial purchase was made using PayPal or WooCommerce PayPal Payments.
- If the subscription was not purchased using PayPal or WooCommerce PayPal Payments, subscribers can request cancellation by emailing us at info@designsbyttocfloral.com. Our team will promptly handle cancellation requests received via email during regular business hours. Subscribers will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation process is complete.
